Yeah, I realized that after I sent it.

The only real difference is the CPU:
N36L - 1.3G dual-core
N40L - 1.8G dual-core
N54L - 2.2G dual-core

All with 2M L2 cache.  Still no USB 3.0, unfortunately, and "only" 2 DIMM
slots.

If you already have an N40L, there's no reason to replace/upgrade to the
N54L, but if you're looking for a new/another one, then it's worth going
with the newer model.
