I toured Andrews Joint Forces base in MD w/ my son's Boy Scout troop today,
and we saw a (cosmetically) fully restored P-3 trainer that had a mannequin
pilot and working lights set up as a very impressive weather vane - it was
installed on a turntable and from what I could tell moved very freely.

It wasn't quite a static display nor was it fully restored, but it was quite
impressive.
