SmartOS is x86 only, as is OmniOS.

OpenSXCE is the only Illumos distribution that supports sparc that I
am aware of.  The author of it has rolled some features back to be
more like Solaris 9 and last I heard zones had issues out of box, but
some configuration could fix that and get you more normal zones.

For the dedicated, from there you can, I believe, build a more normal
illumos for sparc from source.
