[rescue] PCMCIA and sbus

I believe the ScanLogic SL811HS is a genuine ISA compatible USB chipset -
provided on isa, pcmcia/CF devices.

NetBSD explicitly lists it for x86, alpha and macppc (as well as non pcmcia
variants on various arm and m68k platforms). It might "Just Work" on a
sparc/sparc64 box...
