So doesn't look like the cdrom is on scsi:
ok probe-scsi
MPT Version 1.05, Firmware Version 1.08.03.00
Target 0
Unit 0 Disk ATA WDC WD5000AAKS-01D05 976773168 Blocks, 500 GB
SATA device PhyNum 0
Target 1
Unit 0 Disk ATA WDC WD5000AAKS-01D05 976773168 Blocks, 500 GB
SATA device PhyNum 1
So I tried probe-ide:
ok probe-ide
Device 0 ( Primary Master )
Removable ATAPI Model: MATSHITADVD-RAM UJ-845S
Device 1 ( Primary Slave )
Not Present
Device 2 ( Secondary Master )
Not Present
Device 3 ( Secondary Slave )
Not Present
I also tried:
ok boot /pci at 1e,600000/pci at 0/pci at 1/pci at 0/ide at 1f/cdrom at 0,0:f
Boot device: /pci at 1e,600000/pci at 0/pci at 1/pci at 0/ide at 1f/cdrom at 0,0:f File and args:
Can't read disk label.
Can't open disk label package
Can't open boot device
