What kind of panel is that on the Seiki? That is insanely cheap. I use a
Yamakasi Q270 (LED S-IPS) which is 2560x1440, in a more compact 27". 1440p
in sublime or pycharm (python ide) is actually nice, you see enough code
above and below what you are working on, particularly since I've silenced
the PEP8 warning of over 80 columns lines. I dont mind going wide.
Replacing a dual 20" (1600x1200), I was happy for a while, but I still went
back to have a 2nd monitor. Anything above 1200p though is harder to drive
for older computers.
