That ... looks about right, actually.  I just looked at and deciphered
our latest bill, added up all the little disparate bits scattered
through different pages of the bill (which does not ANYWHERE contain a
single number for total billed rate) and got about 16c/kWh.  Round about
$300/mo for 1830kWh, most of it feeding hungry, hungry servers.
