[rescue] Sparc 5/10/20 Ultra 1/2 RAM

Hi Jon

Just to clarify, these are not for the Sparc 5 which uses different DIMMs.

They do however work in a wide range of systems such as Ultra 30/60/250 etc as
well, though may be a bit small.
