[rescue] Xyplex MAXserver 5000 docs/software

Hello all,

I picked up a Xyplex MAXServer 5000...continuing my quest of documenting 
15 years of terminal servers.

Does anyone have documentation/software for these?  Mine is a netboot-only 
module...and OpenVMS isn't being very helpful about telling me the file 
it's requesting for MOP-DL.
