[rescue] DEC DELQA - seems not to work. Anyone got a spare?

Hi,

I had my MVII set up to netboot (and created this HOWTO):

However, now it doesn't seem to be putting anything on the wire at all.

I've checked connections, fuse, reseated the card and the cabinet cable; 
tested the Ethernet cable with another machine.

Any debugging suggestions?

I'm watching the wire with

   sudo tcpdump -i en0 ether multicast

and mopd -d is not showing any activity.

Failing that, anyone got a spare card I could buy and try?
