[rescue] DEC DELQA - seems not to work. Anyone got a spare?

I reseated the smaller socketed 16 pin IC near the edge connector, the 
two 68000 ROMs, and flipped all the DIP switches. Checked the "picofuse" 
and it's intact.

Still no dice.
