Do you know what they are using it for?
I used to support an application called SEAS that was used by all RBOCs and
GTE, SNET and Cincinnati Bell for managing STP and SCP routing tables in the
SS7 networks. It ran on Ultra 2 servers and used Sun HSI serial interfaces to
access the SS7 network.
