Lionel -- thanks for not sending me a "let me Google that for you" link. ;)

The ntp.org "support/donate" page you referenced says that one of their 
sponsors, the Internet Systems Consortium, accepts directed gifts on 
behalf of ntp.org. Here's where I found the link to make a quick 
donation via PayPal:

     https://www.isc.org/donate-to-isc/

When you jump to PayPal, I used the "Add a message to for ISC" to 
include the text "This is a directed gift for the NTP Public Services 
Project / ntp.org, thank you."

A $25 gift may not go far, but it's more than they had before. And it 
looks to be tax deductible.
