[rescue] T5220 update

IPhone iOS 11 - you should see what happens to single quotes -> b <- in some
places, they morph into several characters, Jose Garciabs turned into Jose
GarciaC"(TM)s.

Attached is a screen capture from one such website (only Dave will see it,
Ibve directly CC:bd him on this note).

[demime 1.01d removed an attachment of type image/jpeg which had a name of image1.jpeg; x-apple-part-url=D62A8CF3-30F2-45F3-B9B9-7BEB76E46E98]
