If you need (or want?) a still-older version, keep the URL 
https://ftp.gnu.org/old-gnu/ handy. That'll get you back to one or two 
versions of Emacs 18.

I think I had another URL for a more comprehensive collection of old 
FSF/GNU sources, but it seems to have gone missing...
