While trying not to assume the worst as to what the story may be - and 
similarly with respect and not being morbid with timing - <I just saw the 
update that he's passed, damnit, damnit, damnit> - what happens to 
SunHelp?

Do others have the ability and access to re-home it, or keep it running?
