[rescue] Mr Bill has passed

This is hugely sad news. I've been around SunHelp and these lists for
almost my entire IT career and have lost count of the number of times this
community has provided advice, support, mirth and mayhem that's often
helped keep me sane.

Bill made all that possible. He had a wry sense of humour and had came
through some tough times. He'll be deeply missed. Rest in peace, sir.
