[rescue] Sparc 20 Diag question

Putzing with a new-to-me Sparc 20, there was good news and bad news.

Good news was when I pulled off the cover, there was a 4M VSIMM in the machine
:-)

Bad news is that there's a failure on diags that I can't find info on. It
begins diag as it comes up, and then I get to:

 MXCC Non-Cache Block Zero Test
CPU_00000000 >> error: target memory
asi 20, addr 00010004, exp 00000000, obs 00e90000

It doesn't follow the CPU, since there were two SM-71s and I tried each of
them by themselves.

I didn't get time to swap around RAM, but that will be my next thing to try.

I'm bringing this up here since I can't seem to find any reference to these
tests and what they actually mean or point to. Then I may be able to narrow
down my troubleshooting.
