Really?

Grappling with incredulity here.

There is a huge difference between:

* Moving something large, complex, heavy, theoretically valuable,
theoretically full of possibly-confidential data, a short distance
across a city in several trips.
* Renting a vehicle to do the above (fairly easy).

And:

* moving said cargo thousands of miles across a continent then across
a sea into another country, where they drive on the other side of the
road, have strict border controls and import/export legislation
* when country 2 is trying to leave the trade union with country 1.
