[rescue] Wanted 13W3-M to HD15-F

Hi All,

I'm looking for a couple of 13W3 male to HD15 female adaptors, in the UK 
or EU. Does anyone have some they would part with (for sale or swap), or 
know of a UK/EU vendor of same?

Also, if I'm also on the lookout for a Sun 411 case, the one with the 
5.25" HH front cutout (eg: to accomodate a CDROM drive or QIC-150 tape 
drive). A non-Sun equivalent would also do, as long as it is similarly 
"almost-square" shape rather than a "long-and-thin".
