It might be easier to start by emulating a 3/50, 3/60 or 3/80 on
something like the MIST board
<https://github.com/mist-devel/mist-board/wiki>.

They have 68k systems running, though I don't know if the FPGA would
be big enough for a 68020+SunMMU or a 68030.
