[rescue] Sparcstation LX Power Supply

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the link.  I know restorers who replace every single
electrolytic capacitor they can find in their vintage electronics devices
before using them.  They spend a great deal of time replacing capacitors
and a lot less time enjoying their vintage equipment than I do.  What has
worked well for me is to test the electrolytics to make sure the
capacitance and ESRs are within spec.  I can usually do this in circuit.  I
then replace all off-brand capacitors and anything that is outside of
spec.  FWIW, even in 40+ year old equipment, the name-brand electrolytics
(e.g. Nichicon) usually test fine.  I do tend to preemptively replace parts
that are under high stress (high-voltage electrolytics, safety capacitors)
and other parts known to have problems like dipped tantalums.

Reminds me I need to order another 48T02 for the LX since that is almost
certainly bad as well.
