[rescue] DEC AlphaStation 200 4/233 Maximum RAM

Mostly so that it can be found by others someday googling for this information:

The AlphaStation officially takes 6 sticks of 64 mb FPM Parity 70 ns
or faster 72 pin simms in 3 sets of two.

This gives an official maximum of 384mb.

This particular machine had 320mb installed (4x64mb & 2x32mb).

I purchased a 256MB kit containing 2X128MB FPM Parity 60NS 72 pin
simms and pulled a pair of 32 mb
that the machine had installed in it. They were recognized fine giving
me a current installed memory of 512 mb.
When I have an opportunity to pick up four more sticks of this RAM, I
will be able to boost this machine
to 768 mb of RAM.

To my knowledge, no larger 72 pin simms were ever made so this will be
the maximum amount of RAM in
a six memory slot AlphaStation.
