[rescue] the folly of getting a sparcprinter 1 running fro scratch

300dpi?  My SPARCprinter is 300dpi or 400dpi, controlled by command
values 0xce and 0xcf.  I found each resolution worked, too.

I don't know whether it's a SPARCprinter 1 or some other model, though.
It hasn't been set up for years, so I can't easily check at present.
