[rescue] Sun electret Microphone II PN 370-1678-01

Hi Rescuers,

Any idea where I can find the electrical specs on this pretty common
Sun microphone?  I googled around restricted to bitsavers.org and
didn't come up with anything.  Otherwise unrestricted searches turn up
too much ebay and amazon fodder without any specifications on the
electrical connection expected by this microphone.
