[rescue] Looking for Ethernet switch recommendations

Hey there;

I love this switch (in case you can't see the link, NETGEAR GS724Tv4)

It comes in smaller sizes if you don't need the 24 port -- I actually
picked the 24 port because it works with a 2 post rack, and I have a
desktop 2-post rack for audio equipment, so it fits on that and works
really nice with my office environment.  Also I wanted to do link
aggregation and this switch supports that, along with vlans etc.

No fans!  The newer versions of this switch do have fans so beware -- that
was another one of my requirements as being racked with audio equipment may
suggest :)

I'll confess I'm not deep enough into net tech to know 100% sure it meets
all your other requirements, but if you have questions or want me to dig in
the management controls to tell you if it supports this or that, let me
know.
