[rescue] Sun 4/600 firmware found

IIRC, re S600 OBP:

2.10 supports 1st-Gen HyperSPARCs 55-80 MHz

2.14.3 adds support for 2nd/3rd-Gen HyperSPARCs 90-150 MHz.

2.14.5 adds support for the final-Gen HyperSPARCs 180-200 MHz.
