[rescue] Is there a good e-mail list to get Solaris VM help with?

I have a Solaris 11.4 VM that has decided it's networking wasn't up to 
par. Trying to trouble-shoot, but my meager Solaris skills ended around 
version 7.

Pointers to where to find help would be helpful.

Friday, the VM was happy on VMWare Fusion 11, today I have:

1. dladm show-phys shows state down.

2. /var/svc/log/network-physical:upgrade.log:

Enabled
Executing start method ("/lib/svc/method/net-physical upgrade")
Method "start" exited with status 0
