I brought a couple of these cards up just recently. When I asked the super

Supported Systems and Power Requirements
The SunPCi II card is a 33/66-MHz PCI card that draws 25 Watts (DC) of power.
You can install the card into any standard 33- or 66-MHz PCI slot on one of
the UltraSPARC systems listed in table 1-1
I ended up getting 3 cards working in a Netra T1125. I have since gone back
to
2 cards because I wanted a 1Gig Nic :-). The Software allows you to bring up
the console in an Openwindows window
