[rescue] Creator 3D on Ultra 10

Fresh from success with the sparcstation, I thought Ibd upgrade the Ultra 10
with a creator 3d graphics.

Card installed fine, and when I boot the U10 I see the card is recognised (new
logo) and seems to boot OK.

However there is no X11 display.

Ibve checked the ffbconfig with ffbconfig -propt, etc

its set at 1280x1024x60 which is fine for the monitor Ibm using. I tried
some diferent res but all gives the same.

X11 does work OK on the built in frame buffer though (when booted with the
screen plugged in).
