No, but in most cases just the first digit would be sufficient. Since
I'm in the middle of the US, and my zip code starts with 5, just that
knowing something is located in zipcode 01xxx means that it is a
thousand miles away from me, and not worth considering.
Likewise if it was on the west coast with a 9xxxx zip code.
