I think an Ultra 2 (or the near-identical Ultra 60) could hold its weight for
many end-user applications, but the big challenge would likely be building an
environment that includes a current (presumably secure?) browser.
It's not that hard to adapt 13W3 video to something more current, and the 2
gig of memory is plenty of room for most applications.
I've forgotten, how loud are Ultra 60s? It's been a very long time since I
powered one up.
