There is also the SD2SCSI.

None of the RASCSI, SD2SCSI, or ArtMix options support wide or Ultra 
SCSI as far as I can tell, so speed will be pretty limited. I used to 
have an Acard fast narrow to IDE adapter. I have enough SCSI drives that 
I haven't had to try something else, but I would like to get around to 
trying both SD2SCSI and Rascsi because the mechanical disks won't last 
forever and they add heat that shortens the life of other parts, and 
while the new options might not have a faster transfer speed, hopefully 
they will be way faster at seeks enough that it might still feel like a 
win a lot of the time.
