Pulled my T2000 out of storage, and am unable to get it to boot off the
optical drive.

To start, I didn't know the ALOM password, so I reset the ALOM's nvram.
Then, after that was sorted:

{0} ok boot cdrom

I have tried reset-all and resetsc to no avail, I'm guessing this is
some PEBCAK. Would appreciate some hints. :)
