[rescue] Service mode access on SPARC Enterprise M3000

I have an M3000 in a faulted state.

XSCF> showboards -a
XSB DID(LSB) Assignment Pwr Conn Conf Test Fault
---- -------- ----------- ---- ---- ---- ------- --------
00-0 00(00) Unavailable n n n Unknown Faulted

I'd like to access service mode in order to clear the fault
(https://dogemicrosystems.ca/pub/Sun/System_Handbook/Sun_syshbk_V4.1/collections/TECHNICALINSTRUCTIONSURE/1-71-1007101.1-1.html),
but to do this it seems like you had to use a site hosted by Oracle to
generate the service password for you. See here:
https://dogemicrosystems.ca/pub/Sun/System_Handbook/Sun_syshbk_V4.1/collections/TECHNICALINSTRUCTIONSURE/1-71-1002928.1-1.html

"Step 2. Create a Password.

This is done at https://modepass.us.oracle.com
There is a backup server at https://modepass-bak.us.oracle.com"

How can this be done nowadays?
