[rescue] Ultra 2 Case repair

I've come into an Ultra 2 that's had a hard previous life. While the 
internals are all working great (besides the NVRAM) the case has a lot 
of cracks in it.

So far no chunks are missing, but I'm curious if anyone knows what kind 
of bonding agent/glue/adhesive works well on this plastic so I can get 
this thing holding back together.

I can experiment with a few things, but figured I'd ask in case someone 
has already been down this road.
