[rescue] What would you pay for a Type 5 keyboard?

Raises hand ... I know people who work with injection molding machines.

What do you need?  I would say get the Cherry keycaps that are softer and less clicky, rather than make that part yourself.

controllers, and re-learn how to operate injection molding machines.

  Speaking as a designer who has almost no work because nobody can get
things manufactured anymore...I'm not holding my breath.
