[rescue] Illumos distributions?

For one thing the recommended fix from the developers to change VM id is to
restore from backups!
VM id's are critical to get straight on shared backup infrastructure.

What's wrong with Proxmox, other than their inability to deal with a purchase
order for buying support from the states? I've been migrating ESXi to Proxmox
at the school district I work for... so far so good.
