According to appendix c of the service manual a 4GB Kit would be 2x2GB
Modules 184 Pin 2.5v DDR333 ECC Registered Dimm

Or they might be DDR266 as that's what I see for sale on Ebay. OTOH,
that's what I am returning as it didn't work so perhaps the bus speed
(333 vs 266) is the issue? I don't really know,

PC2100 vs PC2700? If I'm reading things correctly (hah!) the key
should be the ECC Registered part. Otherwise it's just normal PC ram.
