I understand the price, and as I said, if it is as advertised, I'm OK with the
price. Heck, if he took that design, built a case/bracket to mount on a VESA
bracket behind the monitor and assembled the unit, I'd happily pay as much as
$100.

$10 shipping means he doesn't want to think about shipping, he just stops it
in a priority mail box and lets it go with the mailman. But yeah, $10 to ship
a bare PCB that could easily fit in a #10 envelope is kind of abusive.
