[rescue] Recommended 13w3 to VGA adapter (Dave McGuire)

Yes, I seemed to have overstepped, honestly I only checked the CG6 and 
it was SoG/CSYNC, and just assumed it was similar among the others such 
as the CG3 as they all looked identical on my monitors, indeed after 
checking the schematics (which I honestly should have done first) the 
CG3 is separate VSYNC/HSYNC and doesn't have CSYNC or SoG at all.

I'm not sure for the FFB, but the service manual for the U1/U2 indicate 
HSYNC/VSYNC, but I haven't checked.
