[rescue] RASCSI or BlueSCSI in a SS5 or SS20?

I just went with ZuluSCSI in my SS20. I plugged it j to the 50 pin
connector for the CD-ROM. Works great. Only had to change out the
cylinder/head/sector count for the drives in the .ini file as it didn’t
like the default max values.
