[rescue] Sun Blade 1000

Recently dug my Sun Blade 2000 out of storage and of course its displaying a
few issues.

It has been in dry warm storage and was working when put in there a few years
ago.

Now though on power up I get a beep, fans spin, etc, but no output on the
serial port. No signs of damage on the system and I've tried reseating
things.

PSU voltages seem good, so I'm assuming it could be a motherboard fault?
