[rescue] Sun Blade 1000

My 2k recently pulled a similar routine. I was able to get it to boot by
pulling the power and trying a couple times. Same story, in good storage,
first power up in years.

I'm assuming it'll need some new caps, but I haven't gotten that far yet.
System ran, loaded with cards, just fine for a couple hours after that.
