[rescue] Sun External CDROM case

I have a 411 cd-rom case w/ tray CD-ROM drive installed. If interested, I can
ship it for $22 USPS priority mail (large, flat-rate box). Cheaper options may
be available, but that's 'worst-case'.

I also have a 411 HD case, happy to ship it as well, with or without whatever
HD is inside.

I have no cables, sorry.
