[rescue] Donation for supporting Sparc hardware

Rene Rebe has been doing some great work to continue 32bit sparc support on Linux but he only has sun4c hardware. He has the 5.17 kernel up and working in QEMU... but there are probably some gottchas for real hardware still. 

It would be really nice if anyone in Europe could get a system to him for sun4m support.... something like an SS20. I've already offered to send him 2 SM81 modules if he can't get them locally.

There has also been a few little updates on the Gentoo front with some movement towards making systemd work again so it isn't an obstacle to getting a basic modern system running.
