[rescue] uucp

[Shafer Stockton]

I'd like to participate in some UUCP. I dug around trying to find something
contemporary and didn't find a lot.

I came across this: https://tildegit.org/tildeverse/uucp

Seemed like an interesting effort, but like maybe it didn't quite make it
off the ground. I could be game to help revive it with help from others.
