I found a few indications the 54-23334-01 is a DWZZB.

With that, I found manx-docs.org (no thanks to them for refusing to
serve content over HTTP!) has a PDF,
/collections/mds-199909/cd3/storage/dwzzbuga.pdf.  If that's what
you've got, it's an adapter between single-ended and differential,
where the differential is probably HVD, since AIUI, LVD runs
single-ended if it finds itself connected to a single-ended bus.

Unfortunately it's only minimal documentation - it's a user's guide
from a company that liked to keep its customers ignorant of internals -
but it's a lot better than nothing.

Perhaps that'll help someone figure out whether they want it?  (Much as
I wish it were otherwise, I don't have the resources, mostly physical
space, to take it myself.)
