The U1 will run Solaris 7 and IIRC up to Solaris 10.  The Solaris 7 drivers
likely work for newer versions too, but not for older, assuming they use
the Solaris Device Driver Interface (DDI/DDK.)

I would like an image, too.

If you’re in the US I’m also happy to pay for shipping and take care of
imaging, scanning the cover/booklet, etc. and make sure it ends up on the
internet archive.  (If Patrik changes his mind and wants the CD, he should
get priority since he asked first!)
