[rescue] SunOS 4 and Bad Blocks

I'm in the process of redoing a Sun 511 SCSI shoebox. I've got an Adaptec ACB-4000 in there, and a Seagate ST4097 WREN II MFM drive. Everything's working, but I seem to have issues entering new (non-factory) defects!

Using `format` I got the disk set up, added the defects from the sticker on the drive, and then did the actual formatting. It always hits one particular error at block 153088, and intermittently hits one at block 147712. I've added both of these in using the defect menu in logical block entry mode.

Reformatting the disk hits these same blocks, and I see a kernel error message about it. Is this expected behavior?
